The Monday check
What an agency repeats for every client, every week.
Tag Assistant and DebugView on each site.
A test order on every store.
A script of your own, comparing against a moving average.
And the same again next week.
What you can show the client
1
Incomplete days, before the report
The alert names the day a step stopped arriving and which figures it leaves incomplete.
checkout_started stopped arriving on Wednesday
TraceLog did not receive checkout_started on these days. TraceLog figures for the path through that step are incomplete for the period, so do not compare periods that include those days.

What changed, and what came after
Record what the client changed. TraceLog puts what it observed afterwards beside it; the order alone proves no cause.

Questions
What can each client see?
Each client sees only their own project.
How does the pooled limit work?
Agency includes unlimited projects sharing 1,000,000 sessions a month. It is one account limit, not a fee per client.
How many weekly emails arrive?
Turn it on and you get one weekly email for the whole portfolio instead of one per project.
Does TraceLog need my clients’ account logins?
No. TraceLog asks for no analytics or ad-account logins.
Does it score or rank clients?
No. The portfolio sorts clients into four groups: needs attention, not measuring yet, recently recovered and no current attention. It shows no rate, ranking or score.
Is there a white label?
No. Clients see TraceLog, and only their own project.
